That employee had trouble locating the ticketing information for the Thursday evening event scheduled for March 22nd. I explained to another millennium ticketing employee that I was there to buy the gospel music tickets in person because I was overwhelmed by the online ticketing process. There still wasn’t any line at the box office. Admittedly I arrived about five minutes early, but the box office windows were open for business. One box office employee told me to step back into line, but there wasn’t a line. I found the millennium ticketing staff to be poor listeners at best and antagonistic at worst. My attempt to purchase gospel music tickets at the Orleans box office was a very disagreeable experience.
