I don't know if this is for the Christmas buffet review. Seven feathers casino just a few hours north is way nicer and way more accomodating. Many days after we left we finally heard from mgmt and all they had to say was they didnt think any of this was a problem. Ps know that the room service menu on top of chargin a 5$ fee for room service also adds 5$ to all the prices compared to if you jist walk downstairs. The rest of the employees were nice but unhelpful. The front counter girl at check in was rude. Not even their breakroom, which is obviously a lie, and use fire as the excuse meanwhile they freely let ppl smoke across the whole property despite advertising as non smoking. They claim theres no microwaves in the building despite the ad saying the rooms had them. Would click on for a few minutes then shut off and never come back on unless you went and turned it off and back on again. Giant block of ice taking up an entire shelf, never been defrosted which causes it not to cycle on and off properly. Blamed the website even though i called and confirmed directly a week before arrival.
